- What is RIDERS 4 RIDERS?
RIDERS 4 RIDERS is a not-for-profit organization being created to aid those injured or lost due to a motorcycle accident. First and foremost, our goal is to educate the public and promote motorcycle safety throughout our community. We will serve the greater Mobile area striving to help others within approximately a 40‑mile radius of the Mobile airport. Assistance will depend upon available funds and donations. - How do I become a member?
Come join us at a meeting. We meet at Boondocks Bar & Grill the first Monday of every month. If you have any questions, you can email us at r4r@r4rmobile.org or visit our web site www.r4rmobile.org. - Why should I join?
RIDERS 4 RIDERS' purpose is to aid persons involved in motorcycle accidents. Without community support and participation, we will not be able to help those in need. - Is RIDERS 4 RIDERS a motorcycle club or gang?
NO. RIDERS 4 RIDERS is an organization of volunteers. - Do you have to be a member to request assistance?
No, the Review Committee (email: arcchair@r4rmobile.org) will accept applications and strive to help anyone within a 40‑mile radius of the Mobile airport. Assistance will be dependent upon needs and available funds. - Are there membership dues?
No. RIDERS 4 RIDERS is a volunteer-only organization. - How is the money donated and raised used?
The money will be used to assist in paying household expenses. An application for assistance will be submitted to and approved by the Review Committee, who will then determine immediate needs of the applicant. - Can I attend a meeting before joining?
Yes! Please come to a meeting and bring a friend. In order for this organization to work we are going to need community support. - Do I have to ride a motorcycle to join?
Absolutely not! You just have to want to support our cause. - Will you post minutes of the meetings on the website?
